The Simplest Tapas Recipe Ever, But the Tastiest: Hamon con Nectarinas

Ingredients:

·         5 ripe nectarines ,

·         a small bunch of fresh basil,

·         A packet of Serrano ham, or prosciutto if you can’t find Serrano ham

Instructions:

1)      Slice the nectarine into 8ths,

2)      Take a slice of Serrano ham or Prosciutto and lay a fresh basil leaf on top,

3)      Wrap the slice of nectarine with the ham and basil

4)      Use a toothpick to ensure that the wrapped combo doesn’t come apart

5)      Enjoy the savory tapa with a glass of Albariño, Verdejo, or a light Cava
